I signed on before they were bought out and changed to "E-Insites" and bought an extended contract for 5 years. After they were sold, I noticed increasing problems with my email. Then, I found my email was being BLOCKED as SPAM although I've never sent a piece of that ever! It is to host my business website, but now clients don't get my emails. I was told that their email server is a "shared" ip, and that someone other than my business was using it for spam so it was flagged, but they would take care of it. Two years later, I still have emails that don't get through because someone else with an account uses their email servers for spam. Next, my website was "hacked" into there. I've got 3 other websites using OTHER ISP and never had anyone hack into any of them! My website hosted on E-Insite was being used to create bogus Craigs List ads and payments! I removed all the files, changed all the passwords and rebuilt it. Two days later, the files I'd removed were back so it was probably being used again for nefarious activity. I've removed them again and will keep checking. I again changed all passwords to the account and email. I'm really suspecting that someone from the INSIDE is providing account details to these accounts. Its to simple and quick to take over a website hosted there. I would strongly advise everyone to AVOID E-Insites at all costs.

I have tried for 7 months to get them to cancel my account. They just ignor my request and keep charging my credit card $39.95 per month. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!!!

I have tried for 6 months to cancel my account at E-Insites. They will not answer the phone (EVER) and the control panel will not allow my to cancel my account. They continue to charge my credit card $39.95 per month. I have even tried to get them blocked by my credit card company. The only thing I can do now is cancel my card.

E-insites has NOT been a reliable site host.
Trouble ticket response time is very slow and unresolved
tickets sometimes vanish without any action. You can call and
leave a number as instructed and Never Get a Return Call.
They claim they have been working weeks to just get
functioning email but can not seem to do it !
They make claims that they can not keep.
The problem will be permanently fixed with 24 hours should mean just that.
E-insites should provide what they advertise.
A business can not be ran when you can't get your email.
Affordable site hosting is No Good if They Can Not Give Support.

I have been with these guys for over 8 years now. Since it changed From CWIServices to e-insites, performance has gone way down. Today is the straw that broke the camel's back. For the last 3 weeks, I have had nothing but email problems, emails taking over 13hrs to come through. Live chat not available during west-coast business hours and voicemail on phone.

Email never works. Servers contantly down, poor support. Business hours.. they are never open even w

As others suggested in the past with CyberWorld $60 would get you 10 IP addresses with MS SQL server a great value. Email was spotty then and the server still had issues, but generally the small shop handled their problems quickly. Since it turned into e-insites we have had disaster after disaster. Server going down for full 8-10 hours at a time during the night costing us and others thousands in advertising going to error pages. Its gone down for days at a time, with no apology - More often - Oh we restarted the server and all is well now. Email is a joke, non-existent. It just never works. Sending email is just as bad, spammers abuse their system, so the good hosters get lumped in with the bad and all your outgoing mail never delivers to Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN and other common free email services. I'm sure none of the original staff from CW are there any longer. Stay far, far away from this hosting company.
